New Trip/spedition

1. Open CustomerClient order window

OZOLS > Freight transportation > Documents > Client orders > [Open the required Order]

2. Select the cargo for which the trip/expeditionspedition is to be made.

created. Press Add spedition. Select New if creating a new trip/spedition. Select Existing if the trip/spedition has already been created > A window opens where you select the corresponding trip.

1. Choose the type of carrier: Spedition - classic expedition (cargo sale)
   OZOLS TMS also gives the opportunity to create:
   -  Agreement - long-term contract with the carrier
   - Own trip -  trip with own transport
   - Domestic -Local transport 
2. If the carrier'haulier's vehiclecar has already transportedcarried cargo,goods, entering its number will automatically fill in the nameCarrier ofname.

Enter the Carrier.Carrier Ifcompany known,name, enterif theyou Carrier. have it. Double-click to enter a new one.Carrier. If known,you know, enter Carrier Manager.  Double-click to enter a new one. Carrier Price: The amount that will be paid to the Carrier. Specify the VAT rate and payment term Mark the trailer type (For example – TENT) Internal notes asif needed Save and close.  With that, the Expedition is established.launched.
