1. does Cargo create a new Expedition?

1.Open Customer order window

OZOLS > Freight transportation > Documents > CustomerClient orders > [OpensOpen the required Order]

2. Select the cargo for which athe Voyage/Expeditiontrip/expedition is to be made

made. Press Add flight/expspedition . Selects Select New  if creating a new one.trip/spedition. Selects Select Existing  if the flight/expeditiontrip/spedition has already been created > A window opens inwhere whichyou select the corresponding flight is selected.trip.

2. The window New - Voyage/expeditionTrip/spedition opens

1. Choose the type of carrier: Spedition - Expeditionclassic expedition (cargo sale)
   OZOLS TMS also gives the opportunity to create:
   -  Agreement - long-term contract with the carrier
   - Own trip -  Flighttrip with own transport
   - Domestic - Local transport transport 
2. If the carrier's vehicle has already transported cargo, entering its number will automatically fill in the name of the Carrier.
3. If known, enter the Carrier. Double-click to enter a new one.
4. If known, enter Carrier Manager. Double-click to enter a new one.
5. Carrier Price: The amount that will be paid to the Carrier. Specify the VAT rate and payment term
6. Mark the trailer type (For example – TENT)
7. Internal notes as needed
8. Save and close. With that, the Expedition is established.
