How does Cargo create a new Expedition?

1. Customer order window

OZOLS > Freight transportation > Documents > Customer orders > [Opens the required Order]

1. Marks the cargo for which a Voyage/Expedition is to be made
2. Add flight/exp .
3. Selects New if creating a new one.
4. Selects Existing if the flight/expedition has already been created > A window opens in which the corresponding flight is selected.

2. The window New - Voyage/expedition opens

1. Choose the type of carrier: Spedition - Expedition (cargo sale)
   OZOLS TMS also gives the opportunity to create:
   -  Agreement - long-term contract with the carrier
   - Own trip -  Flight with own transport
   - Domestic - Local transport 
2. If the carrier's vehicle has already transported cargo, entering its number will automatically fill in the name of the Carrier.
3. If known, enter the Carrier. Double-click to enter a new one.
4. If known, enter Carrier Manager. Double-click to enter a new one.
5. Carrier Price: The amount that will be paid to the Carrier. Specify the VAT rate and payment term
6. Mark the trailer type (For example – TENT)
7. Internal notes as needed
8. Save and close. With that, the Expedition is established.
