Exchanging the cargo information in OZOLS TMS

Companies that use OZOLS TMS can exchange order information automatically with reference number.

1) Sending of reference number

  1. Create client order
  2. Press Mail or Print
  3. Choose – Order for carrier
  4. The system will prepare e-mail, with attached.attached YouCARGO canTRANSPORTATION alsoORDER choose– Print.AGREEMENT

  5. OZOLSThe TMSnumber will createof CARGO TRANSPORTATION ORDER – AGREEMENT. NO. AB123
    AGREEMENT     is

    the reference numberimage-1660651224464.png

Number of this agreement is the reference number for the partner who receives agreement.

2) Receiving of reference number

  1. When creating new client order,
  2. Enter the name of the Client,
  3. Enter the number of agreement = Client order Number,
  4. OzolsOZOLS TMS will offer you to fill the information from Partner automatically.
