Exchanging the cargo information in OZOLS TMS

Companies that use OZOLS TMS can exchange order information automatically.automatically with reference number.

1) Sending of reference number

  1. Create client order
  2. Press Mail
  3. Choose – Order for carrier
  4. The system will prepare e-mail, with attached. You can also choose Print.

  5. OZOLS TMS will create CARGO TRANSPORTATION ORDER – AGREEMENT. NO. AB123

Number of this agreement is the reference number for the partner who receives agreement.

2) Receiving of reference number

  1. When creating new client order,
  2. Enter the name of the Client,
  3. Enter the number of agreement = Client order Number,
  4. Ozols TMS will offer you to fill the information from Partner automatically.
